Tenant buyers will register on our site if they are ready to move right now to over 6 months in the future. Lease purchase leads that are ready to move right now is of course more valuable than lease purchase leads 6 months in the future. We recognize that and price the leads accordingly. If you know you will have a property in 6 months, this will be a great time to capitalize on the low price, and stay in touch with the tenant buyer until they are ready to move.
The higher the down payment, the more valuable the lease purchase lead as well. As lease purchase leads age, their price will reduce as well. It is best to contact a lease purchase lead as soon as possible after they registered with us. Definitely within the first month, and preferably within the first week. If they are ready to move right now, then contact them within 3 days as they are seriously looking.

Leads vary in price from as low as $1 per lead, to as high as $100. If the tenant buyer only has $1,000 to put down, and plan to move in 6 months, then the price will be $1. If they have more than a $100,000 to put down, want a $2 million house and are ready to move right now, then the lead is priced at the maximum of $100. (Although rare, don't think this is not possible. We collected a $120,000 down payment on a $2,600,000 house using one of these leads.) |

Lead information is validated at the time of entry, resulting in good technical data quality (10 digit phone numbers, complete email addresses, required fields etc...). Additionally, tenant buyers are requested not to input their information if they are not serious about moving, or have not ensured that their down payments are secured.
